We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Vice President & General Manager of Data to lead our data division, oversee the development of AI-driven solutions, and drive the company’s overall data strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy, aligning with the company’s mission and business objectives
• Oversee the management, governance, and utilization of data assets across the organization
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, engineers, and analysts
• Collaborate with executive leadership to define data-driven initiatives and identify growth opportunities
• Establish partnerships with external data providers, research institutions, and technology vendors
• Drive the adoption of advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning techniques within the organization
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, data privacy laws, and ethical standards

Requirements:

• Advanced degree (MBA, M.Sc., or Ph.D.) in a data-related field, such as data science, computer science, or analytics
• 10+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful data strategies in the healthcare or biotechnology industry
• Deep understanding of oncology, clinical research, and AI-driven healthcare solutions
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities
