We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Real World Data Scientist to join our Medical Affairs team and contribute to the development and improvement of our AI-driven platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large-scale real-world data (RWD) to generate insights and inform treatment strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and validate predictive models and algorithms
  • Develop methodologies for data integration, harmonization, and analysis of diverse data sources
  • Present findings to internal stakeholders and external partners, including healthcare providers and scientific conferences
  • Contribute to publications, whitepapers, and other scientific communications
  • Ensure data quality, compliance, and adherence to relevant industry standards and regulations
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree (Ph.D. or M.Sc.) in epidemiology, biostatistics, data science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience working with real-world data in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry
  • Strong understanding of oncology, medical affairs, and clinical research processes
  • Expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, and AI techniques
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as R, Python, or SAS
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
